La "Fattoria Pugnano" fa parte di un caratteristico podere toscano che, in passato, costituiva una tenuta agricola e serviva da abitazione per gli agricoltori. L'attuale proprietario, di origne svizzera, acquistò la strutttura in stato di abbandononel 1981 ed ha proceduto al suo completo restauro, rispettando lo stile originale, dotandola di tutti gli agi ed i comforts moderni. ______________________________________________________________________________
The "Fattoria Pugnano" is a part of a former typical Tuscan farming estate. The current owner, of Swiss origin, purchased the estate in 1981, finding it in a state of abandonment and neglect. In the following years he carried out extensive restoration work, providing the farmhouse with all modern facilities and conforts while maintaining the original style. ______________________________________________________________________________
Die "Fattoria Pugnano ist Teil eines typisch toskanischen Gutshofes und war früher ein bäuerliches Anwesen und Wohnhaus für Landarbeiter. Der derzeitige Besiter, ein Schweizer, kaufte das verlassene Gehöft im Jahre 1981 und hat es unter Einhaltung des ursprünglich Stils vollständig renoviert und gleichzeitig mit modernem Komfort ausgestattet.
